DENIM HOUSE BON offers 3 types of dinner to choose from and a Japanese-style breakfast.

As we manage a denim brand, we value the local food culture just as much as the denim culture. We prepare the meals with care, making full use of the local ingredients created by proud producers for you to enjoy.

Choose from different dinner menus including “Sukiyaki with Okayama’s Local Pork,” “Seto Inland’s Seafood Hotpot,” “Lasagna Set”. Each dish features ingredients from Okayama Prefecture, with every option equally suited for a lively dining experience.

For breakfast, we offer “Kojima's Specialty Takomeshi” (seasoned rice with chopped-up octopus) which also contains local ingredients. Have a relaxing morning with our excellent breakfast.

Seto Inland’s Seafood Hotpot

This hotpot features seafood selected by “Uoharu,” a fish shop in Kurashiki which has continued for over 125 years. Enjoy Spanish mackerel and red snapper, the local favorites, with the soup rich in umami flavors from shrimps and oysters.

Sukiyaki with Okayama’s Local Pork

Sukiyaki made with “Kuro Yabu Buta” (Kuro Yabu Pork) bred in Nagicho, Okayama. It is also known as a brand called “Okayama Kurobuta” (black pork), and its rich umami fat
is meltingly delicious.
