pile’s Staple Lasagna Set

At DENIM HOUSE BON, you can enjoy the classic lasagna featuring homemade noodles and a Nagi Wagyu Bolognese, paired with the natural wine “pile,” which is also served at DENIM HOSTEL float.
The noodles are made with Fukuhonoka, a wheat variety grown in Setouchi, Okayama. It’s the same wheat used in our homemade focaccia, so be sure to savor the rich aroma of the flour as well. The lasagna is topped with a Bolognese sauce made from Nagi Wagyu beef, slow-cooked with red wine and tomatoes. The rich, savory flavor of the lean meat fills your mouth with every bite.
