This hotpot features seafood selected by “Uoharu,” a fish shop in Kurashiki which has continued for over 125 years. Enjoy Spanish mackerel and red snapper, the local favorites, with the soup rich in umami flavors from shrimps and oysters.
“Hishio Miso,” crafted by Meitō Miso Honpo in Setouchi, Okayama, pairs perfectly with seafood. Try it as a dip for vegetables, stir it into soup, or enjoy it any way you like.
Finish your meal with “Junimen-tai” — a unique Chinese-style noodle developed by Fuji Men’s Workshop, a local noodle maker with over 70 years of history in Okayama City. Savor its soft yet chewy texture, cooked to your preferred firmness.
